2025 – Design of Commercial, Social and Public Facilities
In 2025, Geoqazma MMC expanded its project scope beyond residential zones to include the planning and design of public, social, and commercial infrastructure in the Karabakh region. These developments supported the revitalization of daily life and entrepreneurship in liberated villages.
-
In Karxulu village of Jabrayil, a wide range of commercial and community facilities—village markets, retail and service units, a café, ceremonial halls, a fire station, and service zones—were planned. Topographic mapping and engineering-geological research were carried out to determine the most suitable locations.
-
In Shukurbeyli village, designs included service areas intended for entrepreneurship and six vehicular bridges. Technical feasibility assessments and layout planning were also executed.
-
In Garakhambailey village of Fuzuli, Phase I of the settlement included the design of a cemetery and washing facility, addressing both cultural and social needs in the region.
These projects play a vital role in transforming liberated zones into fully functional and modern rural communities.
