In 2023, Geoqazma LLC contributed to the redevelopment of liberated territories by supporting the design of modern, sustainable, and livable residential settlements. The company conducted detailed geodetic and geological research for the placement of private houses, multi-storey buildings, and public facilities.

• Pirahmadli village, Fuzuli district – geological and geodetic research was performed to support the complete redevelopment of the village.

• Gulebird village, Lachin district – comprehensive topographic and geodetic studies were conducted to ensure reconstruction according to modern standards.

• Shusha city, D-3 sector and surrounding areas – land condition and terrain were analyzed for the construction of residential and mixed-use buildings within the city.

• Aghali and Cahangirbeyli villages, Zangilan district & Zangilan city – research included the layout and planning of private housing, commercial, and public service facilities, supported by soil durability analysis and geodetic mapping.

These efforts provided the scientific and engineering foundation for the safe and sustainable development of residential zones in key regions.
