The “Realni” School is a significant part of Shusha’s cultural heritage. This project involved the reconstruction of the historical school building within the broader urban revival of Shusha, adapting it to meet modern educational standards while preserving its architectural identity. A comprehensive site analysis was necessary, including assessment of land stability and potential environmental impacts.

As part of the project, Geoqazma conducted detailed geodetic and engineering-geological surveys. The terrain’s structural integrity, soil bearing capacity, and seismic stability were analyzed. In addition, the depth of groundwater and environmental sensitivity were assessed. Given the historic nature of the site, all measurements were carried out with utmost precision to preserve protected structures.
