Master Planning of Khidirli Village
The planning of Khidirli village was part of a strategic effort to restore and modernize the Karabakh region. Initiated in 2022, the project aimed to design a new, sustainable living environment equipped with modern infrastructure for returning residents. A comprehensive study of the site's geological, geotechnical, and hydrological characteristics was essential in the initial stages.
Geoqazma provided geodetic and topographic mapping, soil investigations, and hydrogeological surveys. The terrain's features, soil load-bearing capacities, water flow directions, and erosion risks were analyzed in detail. These factors formed the technical foundation for future zoning, building placement, and infrastructure planning.
Our team used GNSS-enabled instruments and UAVs to collect high-accuracy spatial data, which was processed into detailed digital terrain and elevation maps. Based on these outputs, architectural and civil planning documentation was prepared, laying the groundwork for the village’s sustainable development and construction.
